What data does this website receive?
When you submit a form, you provide the details you choose to include: name, email, phone, location, organization name, type of interest and message. Required fields are indicated on the form. Launch-interest registration asks only for an email and permission to contact you.
How are they used?
Details are used to respond to your enquiry, consider partnership interest or contact you about the launch, according to the permission you give in the form. Expressing interest does not create a financial account. Do not provide a PIN, passwords, card details, identity documents or banking details.
Where are they processed?
Enquiries are sent to the PayPay Mozambique team by email and may be stored in the website’s private database, depending on the hosting configuration. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to provide those services. The team should limit access to the people responsible for handling and following up on enquiries.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The website uses a technical session to protect forms and show submission results. This website does not install advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Abuse prevention uses an identifier derived from the connection address without storing the raw IP address in those files. Hosting technical logs may include IP addresses. Inter fonts are loaded through Google Fonts, which creates a connection to that provider.
Your requests and contact details
You can ask for information about your data, a correction, deletion of enquiry data or an end to launch communications through mocambique@paypayafrica.com. The team will review the request and applicable retention obligations. Data should be kept only as long as needed for follow-up and applicable obligations.
